Auto – This coverage provides liability protection from injury to others, their property and damage to your owned auto.

Business Auto – Typical coverage includes bodily injury liability, property damage liability, medical payments, personal injury protection, uninsured motorist coverage, and/or comprehensive and collision coverage for a single company vehicle to a fleet.

Commercial PropertyCommercial buildings used for offices, manufacturing, retail stores, or habitations can be covered from losses due to fire, wind, hurricane, and flood. Some Property policies may qualify for coverage extensions for exposures like spoilage, equipment breakdown, signs, accounts receivable, valuable papers, fine arts, and off-premises power interruption, and many more.

Condominium Association Insurance – Often includes property and flood coverage to protect the building, liability coverage to protect the common areas, and directors and officers coverage in order to protect the condominium board. Boiler/Machinery coverage can also be added.

Crime CoverageEmployee Dishonesty Insurance covers losses caused by the dishonest acts of your employees. Crime insurance can also cover losses caused by forgery and alteration, theft, disappearance, and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, computer fraud and funds transfer by third parties, along with other coverage options.

Cyber LiabilityCyber privacy policies cover a business’ liability for a data breach in which your customers’ personal information, credit card or bank information, social security numbers, or medical records, is exposed or stolen by someone who has illegally gained access your electronic network. Also included are expenses associated with these breaches such as notification costs, credit monitoring, costs to defend claims, fines, and penalties, and loss resulting from identity theft.

Directors & Officers – Provides protection for-profit and non-for-profit companies against claims of negligence, misstatements, errors and omissions, misrepresentation, breach of duty, defamation, trademark, copyright or patent infringement, harassment, discrimination, security law, violations, wrongful termination, antitrust violations.

Employment Practices LiabilityThe relationship between the employer and the employee has become increasingly complex, and this has given rise to new insurance coverages to protect the employer. Coverages include sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage & hour, third party, and other coverages.

Error & Omissions/Professional Liability – In the current litigious environment, no professional, regardless of the service performed, can fully escape the possibility that their work may fail to meet their clients’ expectations.  Because the liability exposures of another profession differ considerably from the liability exposures of another profession, we can provide different policies to ensure each.

Flood & Excess FloodA high percentage of flood losses occur to properties located in non-flood hazard zones. Flood coverage for your building and contents is available at a reasonable cost through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). NFIP flood insurance provides commercial property coverage on an Actual Cash Value basis with no coverage for Business Income or Extra Expense.

Garage Liability – This coverage is designed for businesses engaged in selling, servicing, storing, or parking autos that have special insurance needs. The garage coverage form combines coverage for auto liability, commercial general liability, and physical damage.

General Liability – We offer general liability coverage for businesses to cover those costs associated with the results of legal claims or suits against the business based on an accusation of fraud or negligence.

Hired/Non-Owned Vehicle Liability – This coverage provides contingent excess liability for hired/rented vehicles and non-owned vehicles (vehicles owned by employees and driven for company business.)

Liquor Liability – A component of a general liability policy, this protects an insured in case a claim suggests liability for a liquor-related incident.

Restaurant Insurance – May include property insurance to cover the building and/or business property and inventory against physical loss or damage. Property insurance may also include loss of use or business income insurance that protects revenue streams in the event of a loss or damage to the establishment. Insurance for a restaurant often includes liability coverage designed to insure the business against losses, injury, or loss to another’s property, reputation, or health, even if they are negligent or liable for damage. Liability may or may not include liquor liability and/or assault and battery. Restaurant insurance can also be enhanced through endorsements that may protect more adequately, expand coverage, or increase sub-limits.

Umbrella/Excess Liability – This coverage provides coverage above underlying general liability, auto, and workers compensation.

Workers Compensation – Responds to two basic loss exposures, that being an employer’s legal responsibility to pay required workers compensation benefits to employees and the possibility of an employee or some other person or organization making a liability claim against the employer for bodily injury to an employee. We also provide benefits for medical expenses and wage loss resulting from either occupational injury or disease.
